Qualifications
- 8+ years in 340B, pharmacy ops, analytics, or healthcare tech.
- Deep 340B knowledge: eligibility, claims, compliance, audits.
- Experience building or scaling 340B qualification/capture capabilities.
- Able to analyze complex claims data and translate findings to actions.
- Knowledge of 340B TPA platforms and related workflows.
Responsibilities
- Lead development and execution of 340B capture optimization across the customer portfolio.
- Own the 340B TPA platform, define requirements and roadmap with Technology and Product.
- Translate findings into actionable opportunities and drive program adoption.
- Ensure compliance, audit-readiness, and strong program integrity.
