Omnicell, Inc. in Grapevine, TX, is seeking a Director to lead 340B optimization across the customer portfolio in a remote capacity.

You will use claims data and deep 340B expertise to identify eligible volume not captured, quantify the financial opportunity, and translate insights into measurable value for customers and growth for the business. The Director will own the 340B TPA platform, connecting operations, analytics, compliance, technology, and commercial strategy to maximize platform

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in 340B, pharmacy operations, analytics, healthcare tech, or related functions.
• Deep 340B expertise, including knowledge of claims qualification, eligibility, compliance, and audit considerations.
• Experience building or scaling 340B claims-qualification or capture optimization within a complex healthcare setting.
• Strong analytical capabilities to analyze claims data, quantify impact, and drive business action.
• Working knowledge of 340B TPA platforms, claims data, workflows, and related processes.
• Experience translating analytics into customer value, commercial opportunities, and measurable results.
• Ability to collaborate across Operations, Technology, Product, Analytics, Compliance, Customer Success, and Commercial teams.

Responsibilities

• Analyze client claims data to identify eligible 340B volume not captured and quantify the financial opportunity.
• Apply deep 340B expertise to ensure recommendations are compliant, defensible, and audit-ready.
• Develop a scalable claims-analysis capability across the 340B business and evolve tools as value proves.
• Translate capture findings into clear, actionable customer opportunities and growth strategies.
• Partner with Commercial, Customer Success, and 340B leadership to boost program participation and value.
• Support value-based commercial models and provide data-driven insights for retention and adoption.
• Serve as the business owner for the 340B TPA platform, defining requirements and roadmap needs.
• Ensure platform capabilities support evolving 340B business and customer needs.
• Maintain alignment with compliance standards and audit defensibility across all initiatives.
