Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of 340B program compliance and auditing experience in a health system.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel for report generation and data analysis.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent healthcare administration experience preferred.
• Active CPhT status or equivalent professional registration preferred.
• Completed Apexus 340B coursework or Apexus Advanced 340B Operations Certificate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare internal audit schedules for 340B entities and coordinate leadership reporting.
• Operate 3rd‑party applications and data analysis systems for accurate reporting.
• Assist in external audits by compiling and monitoring dispensation data.
• Set up contract pharmacy data streams and review agreements to aid supply chain.
• Calibrate 340B software settings and report variances to leadership promptly.
• Monitor inventory and financial metrics; alert management to changes.
• Enter records of contract configurations and retrieve historical reports.
• Demonstrate knowledge of Apexus pricing, HRSA guidelines, and procurement protocols.
• Collaborate with hospital staff, auditors, and vendors to ensure compliance.
