Job summary

CoStar Group is seeking a STR Sales Executive in Nashville, TN. You will prospect, engage, and close new clients while retaining and expanding current accounts, promoting STR and CoStar products. The role involves travel up to 25% and requires a strong sales background.

You will be responsible for understanding client needs, delivering compelling demonstrations, and maintaining a high level of customer service to achieve renewal and growth targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required.
• 3+ years of successful B2B sales experience.
• Track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas.
• Experience managing pipeline and deals through a CRM.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, engage and secure new clients for STR and CoStar products.
• Retain and upsell existing customers; deliver high levels of service and renewals.
• Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, demos, closing, renewals.
• Monitor client usage and drive adoption of services.
• Conduct in-person client and prospect product demonstrations.
