CoStar Group is seeking a STR Sales Executive in Nashville, TN to prospect, engage and secure new clients while retaining and upselling existing accounts. This office-based role requires up to 25% travel and a strong track record in B2B sales, with a focus on STR and CoStar products.

You will own the sales cycle from prospecting to renewal, build long-term client relationships, and represent CoStar at industry events. A bachelor’s degree and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required from an accredited institution.
• 5+ years of successful sales experience in a B2B environment.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
• Experience managing pipeline and deals through a CRM.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.
