Qualifikationen

• Experience in a customer-focused team and selling tailored experiences.
• Merchant mindset with customer focus and commercial drive.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Passion for selling premium skincare and fragrance.
• Flexible scheduling including at least one weekend day and 3 days per week.

Aufgaben

• Drive personal performance by contributing to store goals and following a SMART plan with the Store Manager.
• Create exceptional customer experiences through storytelling, welcoming engagement, and product demonstrations.
• Lead customers to recommended products and build lasting relationships with follow-up samples and invitations to return.
• Uphold grooming standards and complete stock, inventory, and store presentation tasks.
