Aēsop seeks a Retail Consultant to deliver exceptional, personalized experiences in our Austin store. You will engage customers with genuine storytelling, demonstrate products, and craft tailored regimens while driving store performance and quarterly goals.

Ideal candidates bring passion for premium skincare, strong communication skills, and a merchant mindset. This on-site role offers growth opportunities, training, and a supportive team culture.

Formación

• Experience in retail or hospitality setting with a customer-centric approach.
• Merchant mindset focused on delivering tailored experiences and driving sales.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, including product demonstrations.
• Passion for selling premium skincare and fragrance products.
• Flexible scheduling including at least one weekend day and three full days per week.

Responsabilidades

• Drive personal performance by contributing to store goals and following the monthly commercial plan.
• Create a memorable customer journey through storytelling, engagement, demonstrations and regimen building.
• Lead customers to product areas and present recommendations with confidence.
• Build lasting relationships with customers through attentive service and opportunistic follow-ups.
• Embody brand values and actively seek feedback for continuous improvement.
