Qualifications

• Experience in customer-focused retail or hospitality, delivering tailored experiences.
• Merchant mindset with customer-centric and commercially driven approach.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; comfortable with demonstrations.
• Passion for premium products and interest in skincare/fragrance.
• Flexible schedule: able to work 3 full days per week with one weekend day.

Responsibilities

• Lead personal performance by following KPIs and a SMART monthly plan with the Store Manager.
• Create exceptional customer experiences through storytelling, personalized journeys, product demonstrations, and thoughtful regimens.
• Engage in ongoing learning, attend product and campaign trainings, and seek feedback for growth.
• Maintain retail essentials: grooming, stock, inventory, and store presentation.
