Aesop in Austin is seeking a Retail Consultant to engage customers with genuine conversations and product demonstrations. You will drive store performance, deliver memorable experiences, and uphold Aesop’s grooming and retail standards on the shop floor.

• Experience in customer-focused retail or hospitality environments.
• Strong verbal and written communication; comfortable with product demonstrations.
• Keen interest in skincare and fragrance with a premium brand mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Drive personal performance by contributing to store goals and using data to optimize KPIs.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences through storytelling, warm engagement, and personalized regimens.
• Complete retail induction and training, actively seeking feedback to grow within Aesop.
• Perform retail basics consistently: stock, inventory, store presentation, and grooming standards.
