The role emphasizes premium product knowledge, a merchant mindset, and the ability to work 3 full days per week with a weekend day guaranteed, in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in customer-focused retail or hospitality settings.
• Ability to build rapport and deliver tailored experiences.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with tactile product demonstrations.

Aufgaben

• Drive personal performance by contributing to store KPIs and executing a SMART monthly plan with the Store Manager.
• Deliver exceptional customer journeys through genuine engagement, product demonstrations, and regimen building.
• Lead customers to demonstrations and ensure memorable departures with a warm invitation to return.
• Uphold grooming and retail standards, manage stock and store presentation, and participate in training.
