Responsibilities

• Drive store KPIs by understanding and executing the monthly commercial plan
• Leverage data and insights to optimize performance and growth opportunities
• Tell compelling stories to connect with customers and guide them to product selections
• Lead personalized journeys from welcome to regimen building with demonstrations
• Foster customer loyalty and ensure a memorable departure with samples and invitations to return
