Role is contract-based with an end date of January 16, 2027, requiring flexibility to cover weekends and peak periods.

Qualifications

• Experience working as part of a customer-focused team in retail or hospitality.
• Merchant mindset with customer-centric and commercial drive.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, comfortable with product demonstrations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer experiences through personalized conversations and demonstrations.
• Guide customers through the journey from welcome to regimen building and product recommendations.
• Lead customers to fragrance areas and demonstrate products on their hands.
• Ensure memorable departures and build lasting relationships with customers.
