Aesop is seeking a Retail Consultant to deliver genuine, personalized conversations and product demonstrations that connect customers with our premium skincare and fragrance lines.

You will drive sales, nurture loyalty, follow brand standards, and participate in training. The role requires flexible weekend availability, a welcoming demeanor, and the stamina to work on the shop floor in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience working in customer-focused retail or hospitality environments.
• Merchant mindset with focus on sales and customer experience.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Passion for premium skincare and fragrance products.
• Ability to adapt to busy store settings and flexible scheduling.
• Physical ability to stand, walk and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Drive personal performance by contributing to store KPIs and executing a monthly commercial plan.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences through storytelling, demonstrations, and tailored regimens.
• Lead customers to product areas and perform recommended demonstrations.
• Ensure memorable departures and foster lasting relationships with guests.
• Engage in learning pathways and apply training to daily interactions.
