Job summary

Aēsop is seeking a part-time Retail Consultant to join our US store. You will engage customers with genuine, personalized conversations, demonstrate products, and build lasting relationships while contributing to store performance.

Join a premium brand that emphasizes storytelling, exceptional service, and a five-senses retail experience. You will work three full days a week with at least one weekend day, on-site at our Chicago area store, with growth opportunities within the L’Oréal portfolio.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles (retail or hospitality) with attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; confident product demonstrations.
• Merchant mindset with a balance of customer focus and commercial drive.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship; ability to work on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive personal performance by contributing to store goals and acting on SMART monthly plans.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience through storytelling and personalized journeys.
• Engage in continuous learning via induction and product/campaign training; share knowledge with colleagues.
• Maintain retail standards, manage stock and store presentation, and uphold grooming guidelines.
