Aēsop in New York seeks a Retail Consultant who will bring storytelling and a warm, personalized approach to selling our premium skincare and fragrance lines. You will engage customers, build regimen recommendations, and contribute to a welcoming in-store experience aligned with Aēsop's brand values.

You will drive store performance through KPI awareness, participate in monthly commercial plans with the Store Manager, and complete induction and product training.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-focused retail or hospitality environment.
• Merchant mindset: customer-focused and commercially driven.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, with hands-on product demos.
• Passion for selling premium skincare and fragrance.
• Flexible scheduling, including 3 full days/week and one weekend day.
• Able to walk stairs, stand long hours, lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsabilités

• Contribute to store goals by understanding KPIs and following a SMART monthly plan.
• Engage customers with storytelling and personalized product recommendations.
• Lead customers to demonstrations and build regimens.
• Deliver memorable service and invite return visits.
• Complete induction and ongoing learning pathways.
• Maintain grooming standards and store presentation, stock and inventory tasks.
