Job summary

Aēsop is seeking a Retail Consultant to represent our premium skincare and fragrance lines in a dynamic New York store. You will engage customers through genuine conversations, build personalized product rituals, demonstrate products, and contribute to a memorable in-store experience.

You will work three full days weekly, including at least one weekend day, delivering warm welcomes, tailored recommendations, and ongoing learning through our induction and training programs.

Qualifications

• Experience working as part of a customer-focused team, preferably in retail or hospitality.
• Merchant mindset: customer-focused and commercially driven.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, confident with product demonstrations.

Responsibilities

• Drive Personal Performance by contributing to store goals and following a SMART plan.
• Deliver exceptional Customer Experience through storytelling and personalized journeys, product demos, and regimens.
• Commit to Learning & Development with retail induction and training, seeking feedback and coaching.
• Execute Retail Essentials with grooming standards, stock, inventory and store presentation.
