Qualifikationen

• Experience working as part of a customer-focused team, ideally within retail or hospitality.
• Merchant mindset: customer-focused and commercially driven.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with confidence in tactile product demonstrations.
• Passion for selling premium products like skincare and fragrance.
• Flexible scheduling, including 5 full days per week with at least one weekend day.
• Ability to work on the sales floor for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Aufgaben

• Drive Personal Performance by contributing to store goals and implementing a SMART plan with the Store Manager.
• Deliver exceptional Customer Experience through storytelling, warm welcome, demonstrations and regimen building.
• Commit to Learning & Development with retail induction and product trainings.
• Execute Retail Essentials by maintaining grooming standards, stock and store presentation.
