Aēsop invites you to join our retail team as a Consultant, delivering genuine, personalized conversations and building memorable experiences through storytelling and tailored regimens. In this role you will contribute to store goals, apply product knowledge, and nurture customer journeys from warm welcome to confident product demonstrations, all while upholding our distinctive five-senses environment.

Qualificações

• Experience in a customer-focused team, ideally retail or hospitality.
• Merchant mindset: customer-focused and commercially driven.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; confident in product demos.
• Passion for premium skincare/fragrance and selling.
• Flexible schedule to work 5 days/week with at least one weekend day.
• Able to stand, walk stairs, and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsabilidades

• Contribute to store goals by understanding and driving KPIs.
• Create and execute a SMART monthly commercial plan with Store Manager.
• Use data to optimize performance and identify opportunities for growth.
• Lead customers with storytelling and personalized product recommendations.
• Deliver a memorable customer journey from welcome to regimen building.
• Uphold Aesop’s grooming and store standards; ensure the five senses experience.
• Complete induction and ongoing learning pathways; apply trainings.
• Support stock, inventory, and store presentation tasks.
