Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Visual Merchandising Specialist to bring brand-driven VM presentations and guest experiences to life on the floor. You will implement product stories, styling, and sign updates to support campaigns and seasonal changes.

You will collaborate with store leadership, educate teammates, and ensure a world-class guest experience through consistent brand standards and visual storytelling.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail or sales work experience.
• Some education or experience with visual merchandising, fashion merchandising, graphic design, interior design, space planning or related field.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to bring VM presentation and guest experience to life on the floor.
• Optimize guests’ experiences through brand standards in product stories and placement for a world-class experience.
• Execute powerful product presentation to enhance guest experience and drive store sell-through.
• Perform VM flips including window activations, mannequin styling, signage and label updates, and seasonal changes.
• Engage with guests to assess needs, provide product education, and integrate omnichannel programs.
• Provide feedback and in-the-moment training on brand standards and visual display techniques.
• Foster a respectful, inclusive team environment and support teammates.
