lululemon is seeking a Visual Merchandising Specialist to bring brand-driven VM strategies to life on the sales floor. You will manage product presentation, mannequin styling, and in-store signage to optimize guest experiences and drive sell-through.

Collaborating with store leadership, you will implement product stories, navigate seasonal campaigns, and train teammates on brand standards while maintaining an inclusive, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail or sales experience.
• Some education or experience with visual merchandising, fashion merchandising, graphic design, interior design, space planning or related field.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to bring VM presentation and guest experience to life on the floor.
• Execute VM flips, including window activations, mannequin styling, signage and label updates, and seasonal merchandise changes.
• Provide direct feedback and in-the-moment training related to brand standards and visual display techniques.
• Support team and foster inclusive, respectful work environment.
