I'm expanding a storm-restoration sales division and connecting with candidates who want to build a long-term career in exterior sales.

The opportunity is commission-only and includes uncapped earning potential, annual performance incentives, structured training, field support, marketing resources, and access to a company vehicle after reaching established sales milestones.

Ideal candidates will be professional, resilient, organized, comfortable speaking with homeowners, and committed to consistent follow-up. Previous roofing, construction, insurance-restoration, canvassing, home-improvement, or outside-sales experience is helpful, but I am also open to motivated candidates who are coachable and ready to learn.

The team will serve Illinois and may travel to active storm markets.
