Job summary

Elevate Roofing & Construction LLC is seeking experienced Field Sales Representatives to join our team as Storm Restoration Consultants. You will identify storm-damaged properties, educate homeowners, assist with insurance claims, and guide customers through roofing projects in assigned territories.

This role offers training pay during the first 2 months, an uncapped commission structure, and the potential to earn $100,000 to $250,000+ annually with ongoing training and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-starter with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Ability to manage an assigned territory and work independently.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• Comfort working outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Prospect assigned neighborhoods affected by hail, wind, and storm damage.
• Conduct door-to-door outreach and homeowner consultations.
• Perform preliminary roof and exterior inspections for storm-related damage.
• Educate homeowners about the insurance restoration process.
• Assist homeowners in initiating insurance claims.
• Coordinate with production and management teams to ensure project success.
