Job summary

Elevate Roofing & Construction LLC is seeking experienced, motivated Field Sales Representatives to drive storm restoration efforts and educate homeowners through the insurance claim process. This role focuses on prospecting in assigned territories, conducting consultations, and guiding homeowners from inspection to project completion.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of sales experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently in the field with a valid

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-starter with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Ability to work independently in an assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Prospect assigned neighborhoods affected by hail, wind, and storm damage.
• Conduct door-to-door outreach and homeowner consultations.
• Perform preliminary roof and exterior inspections for storm-related damage.
• Educate homeowners about the insurance restoration process.
• Assist homeowners in initiating insurance claims when storm damage is present.
• Schedule and attend insurance adjuster inspections.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the sales and construction process.
• Provide accurate project information and communicate updates regularly.
• Coordinate with production and management teams to ensure successful project completion.
• Generate referrals and expand business opportunities within assigned territories.
• Consistently meet or exceed sales goals.
