Meet customers at their homes after storms, document damage, educate on the restoration process, and develop your own pipeline while leveraging company leads. Expect autonomy, strong earnings potential, and a performance-based culture.

Qualifications

• Comfort engaging new people face-to-face; we can teach the rest.
• Ability to manage a ~60-day sales cycle from inspection through job completion before commission is paid.
• Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and a clean driving record.
• Willingness to work a weather-driven schedule with surge periods after major storms.

Responsibilities

• Meet customers at their homes following storm events.
• Perform roof and exterior inspections; document storm damage.
• Educate homeowners on the restoration and insurance claims process.
• Measure exteriors and produce accurate estimates.
• Develop your own pipeline while also working company-supplied leads.
