Job summary

MTM LLC in Cincinnati is seeking Storm Restoration Roofing Sales Representatives who are motivated by performance-based earnings and building relationships with homeowners after storm events.

You will educate homeowners, assess potential damage, guide decisions through restoration options, and close projects while delivering outstanding service.

This full-time, in-person role offers uncapped commissions, ongoing coaching, lead support, and rapid advancement for top performers.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners to discuss potential storm-related damage to their property.
• Conduct roof and exterior property assessments to identify potential damage.
• Educate homeowners on the storm restoration and roofing replacement process.
• Build rapport and establish trust with homeowners throughout the sales process.
• Explain roofing solutions, restoration options, and available services.
• Work with homeowners to navigate the insurance restoration process.
• Coordinate with insurance adjusters, project managers, and internal teams as needed.
• Present proposals and explain project scope, pricing, and available options.
• Answer homeowner questions and confidently overcome objections.
• Close roofing and restoration projects while maintaining an exceptional customer experience.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity within the CRM.
• Follow up consistently with homeowners throughout the sales and restoration process.
• Attend ongoing sales training, coaching sessions, and team meetings.
• Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales goals.

What You'll Do:

As a Storm Restoration Roofing Sales Representative, you’ll work directly with homeowners who may have experienced roof or exterior property damage from hail, wind, or severe weather. Your role is to educate homeowners, identify potential damage, guide them through the restoration process, and help them make informed decisions about their roofing needs.

What We're Looking For

Sales experience is a plus, but the right attitude and work ethic matter most. Candidates with a proven history of exceeding sales goals in any customer-facing or commission-based role are encouraged to apply.
