Best Choice Roofing is seeking Storm Restoration Sales Consultants to support the growing demand for residential roofing services following severe weather events. In this consultative role, you will work directly with homeowners to assess potential storm damage and guide them through the roof restoration and insurance claims process.

Responsibilities

• Identify and inspect residential properties for potential storm‑related roof damage
• Conduct professional damage assessments and clearly present findings to homeowners
• Educate homeowners on the restoration process, timelines, and available funding options
• Negotiate and secure service agreements for roofing and restoration services
• Coordinate with insurance adjusters to support homeowners throughout the claims process
• Maintain a consistent pipeline of opportunities and meet established sales performance goals

Qualifications

• 1‑2 years of previous sales, customer service, or consultative experience is preferred
• Experience in lead generation, canvassing, or similar customer outreach activities
• Valid driver’s license and access to reliable vehicle transportation
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self‑motivated with a goal‑oriented mindset
• Comfortable working independently in a field‑based environment
• Ability to climb a ladder and scale roofs for inspection (training provided)
• Ability to work outdoors, including walking and occasionally carrying up to 50 lbs

Compensation & Growth

• Paid training + uncapped incentive‑based earnings after training
• Typical first‑year earnings: $63K–$120K
• Fast promotion track (95% of leaders promoted internally)
