Hyatt Regency Austin is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Storeroom Attendant & Clerk to join the Storeroom & Finance Team. The role focuses on inventory control, processing supplier invoices through the Birchstreet system, and allocating expenses to departments.

The position offers a full-time schedule with early hours, room for growth into purchasing or accounting responsibilities, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Proficient with computer applications and basic finance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Log, release and actively monitor the physical inventory of items in the storeroom.
• Accurately issue, deliver, and transfer supplies to different departments per storeroom requisitions.
• Keep the storeroom organized, clean, and safe.
• Process accounts payable invoices through the Birchstreet system and allocate expenses to the appropriate department/account.
• Maintain vendor expense tracker to ensure monthly invoices are recorded and properly accrued.
• Reconcile vendor statements to ensure any past due invoices are resolved.
• Assist as needed for additional duties and projects.
