Hyatt Regency Austin is seeking a reliable Storeroom Attendant & Clerk to join our Storeroom & Finance Team. Located downtown on Lady Bird Lake, this role supports smooth operations through inventory management, organization, and attention to detail.

You will log and monitor physical inventory, issue supplies to departments, resolve discrepancies, and keep the storeroom safe and tidy. Schedule is Tue, Fri, Sat, 6am–2:30pm or 7am–3:30pm with flexible hours; benefits include healthcare, paid time

Qualifications

• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Refined verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient knowledge of computer applications.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Able to lift, push, pull, and carry a moderate weight.
• Comfortable working with a team and independently.

Responsibilities

• Log, release and actively monitor the physical inventory of items in the storeroom.
• Accurately issue, deliver, and transfer supplies to different departments per storeroom requisitions.
• Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Keep the storeroom organized, clean, and safe.
• Assist as needed for additional duties and projects.
