Hyatt Regency Austin is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Storeroom Attendant & Clerk to join our Storeroom & Finance Team. The role supports inventory management, issues supplies to departments, and keeps storeroom organized.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced hotel environment, can multi-task, lifts moderate weights, and works the schedule: Tue, Fri, Sat, 6am-2:30pm or 7am-3:30pm with flexibility.

Qualifications

• Proficient knowledge of computer applications.

• Able to lift, push, pull, and carry a moderate weight.

Responsibilities

We are in search of a reliable, detail-oriented and organized Full-Time Storeroom Attendant & Clerk to join our Storeroom & Finance Team!

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and supports smooth operations through inventory management, organization, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Log, release and actively monitor the physical inventory of items in the storeroom
• Accurately issue, deliver, and transfer supplies to different departments per storeroom requisitions
• Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Keep the storeroom organized, clean, and safe
• Assist as needed for additional duties and projects
