Hyatt Regency Austin is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Storeroom Attendant & Clerk to join our Storeroom & Finance Team. The role supports inventory management, issues supplies to departments, and keeps storeroom organized.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced hotel environment, can multi-task, lifts moderate weights, and works the schedule: Tue, Fri, Sat, 6am-2:30pm or 7am-3:30pm with flexibility.

Qualifications

• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Refined verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient knowledge of computer applications.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Able to lift, push, pull, and carry a moderate weight.
• Comfortable working with a team and independently.

Responsibilities

• Log, release and monitor inventory of storeroom items.
• Accurately issue, deliver, and transfer supplies to departments per requisitions.
• Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Keep the storeroom organized, clean, and safe.
• Assist as needed for additional duties and projects.
