You will enter invoices, maintain records, and support inventory control while collaborating with Purchasing, Finance, and hotel departments.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify all incoming deliveries against purchase orders and invoices.
• Enter vendor invoices into inventory and accounting systems; maintain receiving documentation.
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and FIFO handling of goods.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Finance, Culinary, and other departments to resolve delivery issues.
• Maintain a clean, organized receiving area and accurate receiving records.
