Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 2 years purchasing/receiving experience.
• Food Handler Certification required.
• Hotel/restaurant industry knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise receiving and storage functions.
• Inspect incoming items against order and report discrepancies.
• Determine appropriate PAR levels for commonly used items.
• Coordinate requisitions and billing across hotel departments.
• Ensure storage areas are organized, labeled and safe.
• Oversee transportation of items to designated locations in the hotel.
• Ensure accurate recordkeeping and inventory reconciliation.
