Responsibilities

• Assist store manager in sales, appearance, and operations.
• Supervise store and HUB team members; recruit, train and evaluate staff.
• Manage store profitability, payroll, scheduling, and daily reports.
• Ensure safety compliance and staff training.
• Review P&L with store manager and address opportunities.
• Oversee delivery fleet maintenance and store appearance.
