Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a capable store leadership professional to support the Store Manager in sales, customer service, inventory control, and daily operations. This role advances from hands-on supervision toward a broader leadership path within the store or hub facility.

You will supervise team members, participate in recruiting and training, ensure safety and performance standards, and communicate key updates to staff while driving profitability and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; ASE certification preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities demonstrated in retail.
• Experience supervising store teams and coordinating daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the professional and retail operations of store and team members involved.
• Respectfully manage recruitment, testing, hiring, evaluating, promoting and disciplining team members.
• Coaching and training new staff; manage performance evaluations and pay increases.
• Assist in store accounting, daily reports, cash handling and security.
• Ensure safety, scheduling, payroll, and KPI dashboards are monitored daily.
