• Must complete Assistant Manager Certification, Sales Specialist Training, and Manager Development Program.
• Ability to read and match numerical/alpha characters quickly and accurately.
• Knowledge of automotive parts, equipment and systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise professional and retail operations of store and team members involved.
• Assist in recruiting, testing, hiring, evaluating, promoting, disciplining and discharging team members under supervision.
• Communicate all information from Zipline and store meetings to all team members.
• Train new team members and handle performance evaluations; recommend pay increases.
• Assist in hiring tasks: scheduling, interviewing, candidate evaluation; collaborate with management to ensure qualified hires.
• Support store manager with safety compliance and training across areas including customer service and equipment usage.
