Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Must complete Assistant Manager Certification, Sales Specialist Training, and Manager Development Program.
• Ability to read and match numerical/alpha characters quickly and accurately.
• Knowledge of automotive parts, equipment and systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise professional and retail operations of store and team members.
• Collaborate with district and store managers on recruiting, testing, hiring, evaluating, promoting, and discipline of staff.
• Train new team members and conduct performance evaluations.
• Assist in hiring processes including interviewing and candidate evaluation.
• Support safety compliance and training across the store and HUB store.
• Make sales calls with or without the store manager; schedule weekly customer calls.
• Oversee delivery fleet maintenance and keep vehicle records.
• Monitor gross profit, review price overrides, and discuss opportunities from P&L with the store manager.
