Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Manager Store Transformation to design and implement cutting-edge strategies across its store network, enhancing operations and the customer experience to drive sales.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will pilot new initiatives, leverage data analytics, and manage change programs while guiding field leaders and store teams through adoption and improvement efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Marketing, or related field – or equivalent business experience.
• 3-5 years of experience in retail operations, project management, or innovation roles
• Strong understanding of retail operations, supply chain, and customer service
• Proficient in data analysis, problem-solving, and strategic thinking.
• Advanced interpersonal and communication skills, capable of influencing senior executives and building strong professional relationships.
• Demonstrated success in managing large-scale projects and client relationships.
• A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected as part of the job performance and will need to rely on judgment and experience to accomplish goals

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies that enhance in-store and digital customer experiences, driving both immediate sales impact and long-term growth.
• Identify opportunities for in-store transformation by researching industry trends and customer behavior.
• Rely on data analytics to measure impact on sales, customer satisfaction, and efficiency.
• Collaborate with IT, marketing, and merchandise teams to design, pilot, and evaluate new retail technologies and processes.
• Prepare recommendations to senior leadership aligning with strategic goals.
• Drive change management programs and train store teams for adoption of new tools and practices.
• Manage budgets and relationships with external vendors to ensure ROI on initiatives.
• Support e-commerce strategies to complement in-store sales efforts.
