Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Store Transformation Manager to lead store-wide modernization initiatives. You will identify, design, and implement strategies that improve in-store and digital experiences, with a focus on increasing sales and customer satisfaction across the store network.

You will partner with IT, marketing, and merchandising to pilot programs, analyze outcomes, and drive adoption through change management and training of store teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in business-related field with experience in retail operations or innovation.
• Strong data analysis, problem solving and strategic thinking.
• Advanced interpersonal and communication skills with executives.
• Proven track record in managing large-scale projects and client relations.
• Creativity and judgment to drive transformation.
