Whole Foods Market in Columbus, OH is seeking a Store Trainer who will organize and deliver quality New Member training experiences across the store, supporting the New Member Connections program, Retail Ops training initiatives, and learning pathways.

You will coordinate with store leadership, lead Team Trainer onboarding, maintain training records, and strive for high on-time completion, while modeling food safety, PPE use, and exceptional customer service.

Formación

• Facilitate training for small and large groups.
• Provide on-the-job coaching and feedback.
• Coach for high performance in a constructive manner.
• Cross-train across departments and learning systems.
• Maintain training records in learning systems.

Responsabilidades

• Schedule New Member training during the first four shifts.
• Welcome New Members and complete Form I-9 Section 2.
• Deliver New Member Connections programs: Welcome Tour, Culture, Career.
• Maintain training records and report progress.
• Ensure 95% on-time completion of training and learning pathways.
• Mentor Team Members and Team Trainers.
• Support food safety and PPE practices.
• Lead Team Trainer meetings and onboarding.
