Whole Foods Market is seeking a Store Trainer to drive high engagement, productivity, and retention by organizing and delivering comprehensive training experiences across the store. The role includes managing New Member Connections, Retail Ops training initiatives, and Operational Learning Pathways, with responsibilities spanning onboarding, certification, and ongoing coaching.

The Trainer will coordinate cross-training, ensure safety and quality standards, and mentor Team Members and Trainers

Formación

• 12 months of Whole Foods Market experience.
• Recommend at least 6 months experience as Team Trainer (or equivalent retail training or leadership experience).
• Must achieve and maintain State Food Safety Proctor certification and proctor Food Safety exams as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate New Member training with Store Leadership and Team Trainers.
• Welcome New Members on hire date and complete Form I-9 Section 2.
• Deliver and organize training programs to connect new hires to the company culture and standards.
• Maintain training records and communicate progress to leadership.
• Aim for 95% on-time completion of training and compliance.
• Mentor Team Members and Team Trainers to maximize performance and customer experience.
• Lead in-store Team Trainer meetings and onboarding for new trainers.
