The Paper Store in Oak Brook, IL is seeking an Assistant Team Leader to deliver exceptional customer experiences and lead a high performing team. You will manage payroll, train staff in all areas of the store, and ensure visual presentation aligns with TPS standards while upholding company policies.

You will report directly to the Store Team Leader and help drive sales, service, and store operations in a fast-paced retail setting. Strong leadership and a customer-first mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in specialty retail management is preferred.
• Ability to adapt to and lead change.
• Ability to create a team environment through positive leadership.
• Demonstrate ability to multi task while paying attention to customers.

Responsabilités

• Act as a TPS Champion by modeling the G.U.E.S.T. service approach and delivering World Class Service.
• Greet and welcome every customer warmly.
• Understand customer needs by asking open-ended questions.
• Explain product features and benefits in relation to customer needs.
• Suggest additional items to build onto sales using effective selling techniques.
• Be a TPS Brand Ambassador and build customer loyalty.
