Lids Sports Group is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in the United States. This role leads store operations, drives sales, and delivers exceptional customer service while upholding company standards.

You will oversee scheduling, training, merchandising, and daily store performance to meet key results and maintain an engaging team environment. As a cap expert and store leader, you will mentor staff, manage inventory, and ensure a safe, productive workplace.

Qualifications

• Ability to drive sales results while minimizing loss.
• Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work unsupervised and manage duties with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on duty to handle scheduling issues and customer complaints.
• Lead and train store associates using LIDS Training Programs and set sales/task goals.
• Enforce company policies, dress code, and stock/asset protection standards.
• Manage staffing and scheduling to cover peak periods and ensure store coverage.
• Execute merchandising and VM updates, price changes, and promotional signage.
• Open/close store duties, cash handling, and inventory control.
