Royal Farms in Delaware is seeking a hands-on Assistant Store Manager to lead high-volume convenience store, retail and restaurant operations. You will support the Store Manager, lead shifts, and develop a customer-focused team to deliver our world-famous food service experience daily.

This full-time role requires strong leadership, customer service excellence, and the ability to manage operations, people, and compliance across store policies, safety, and performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 18 years old and a high school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in fast food, retail, or related management.
• Proven leadership skills with ability to supervise and motivate teams.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
