Job summary

Tractor Supply Company seeks a Team Leader to support store leadership, drive Legendary Service, and coach Team Members across the sales floor. You will own presentation areas and model top-selling behaviors while ensuring consistent execution of Power Panels, Clipstrips, Endcaps, and clothing recovery.

In this role you will lead shifts, coordinate BOPIS/OMNI duties, uphold safety standards, operate the cash register, and complete documentation to keep the store running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Retail experience and/or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Lead assigned Team Members during shifts and delegate tasks.
• Deliver Legendary Service and coach Team Members for selling behaviors.
• Own Power Panel, Clipstrip, Endcap execution and recovery.
• Support BOPIS/OMNI execution and safety practices.
