Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a Team Leader to support store leadership, champion Legendary Service, and coach Team Members. You will own Power Panel, Clipstrip, Endcap areas, and Clothing recovery, plus support BOPIS/OMNI execution as needed.

Ideal candidates have retail or farming knowledge, 18+ with a valid driver’s license, and strong coaching and leadership skills to drive high in-store performance.

Qualifications

• Retail or farming/ranching knowledge preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred; 18+ with valid license.
• Reading, writing and counting accuracy required.

Responsibilities

• Support store leadership and deliver Legendary Service.
• Coach Team Members and own Power Panel/Clipstrip/Endcap areas.
• Manage BOPIS/OMNI support and store recovery routines.
• Lead assigned Team Members during shifts and delegate tasks.
• Operate cash register and assist customers as needed.
• Complete documentation accurately and timely.
• May obtain relevant licenses or certifications as required.
