Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Team Leader who will support store leadership and deliver Legendary Service. The role focuses on coaching Team Members, owning merchandising areas such as Power Panels, Clipstrips, and Endcaps, and supporting BOPIS/OMNI execution to meet store needs.

Ideal candidates bring retail or farming-related knowledge, 18+ years of age with a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work varied hours including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Retail experience or farming/ranching/pet/equine/welding knowledge preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Uphold safety and productivity by following policies and procedures.
• Deliver Legendary Service and coach team members to improve selling behaviors.
• Own execution and recovery of Power Panels, Clipstrips, and Endcaps.
• Support BOPIS/OMNI execution and customer handoff responsibilities.
• Lead assigned team members during shifts with delegation and accountability.
• Assist front-end, sales-floor, and customer engagement routines as directed by Store/Sales Manager.
