Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Team Leader to support store leadership, deliver Legendary Service, coach Team Members, and own assigned sales-floor areas such as Power Panels, Clipstrips, and Endcaps. You will help drive top sales and ensure a safe, productive environment while guiding staff in daily operations.

Responsibilities include coaching, scheduling, front-end and floor recovery, and omni-channel support.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but reading/writing/counting skills required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Lead assigned Team Members during shifts and delegate tasks.
• Own Power Panel, Clipstrip, Endcap execution and recovery.
• Deliver Legendary Service and coach Team Members for selling effectiveness.
• Support BOPIS/OMNI execution and store recovery.
• Operate cash register and assist customers with loading purchases.
