Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Team Leader to support store leadership and deliver Legendary Service. You will coach Team Members and own assigned sales-floor areas, including Power Panels, Clipstrips, Endcaps, and clothing recovery.

The role emphasizes coaching, customer engagement, and ownership of omni/ BOPIS support as needed by the store. This position requires reliable attendance and the ability to work varied shifts.

Qualifications

• Retail or farming/pet knowledge strongly preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts with varied hours, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Uphold a safe and productive work environment by following policies and procedures.
• Deliver Legendary Service and coach Team Members on selling behaviors and execution.
• Use coaching routines to develop Team Members and reinforce operating standards.
• Own Power Panel, Clipstrip, and Endcap execution, maintenance, signing and recovery.
• Lead assigned Team Members during shifts and delegate tasks.
