Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a Team Leader to support Store leadership and deliver Legendary Service. You will coach Team Members, own key floor areas like Power Panels, Clipstrips, and Endcaps, and oversee recovery and omni-support tasks.

In this role, you will lead by example, ensure safety, and drive selling behaviors while coordinating with Store leadership for peak store performance. Experience in retail leadership is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support Store leadership and deliver Legendary Service.
• Coach Team Members and model expected selling behaviors.
• Own Power Panel, Clipstrip, and Endcap execution and recovery.
• Lead assigned Team Members during shifts and delegate tasks.
• Support BOPIS/OMNI execution and store recovery as needed.
