Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Team Leader to support store leadership, deliver Legendary Service, and coach Team Members across assigned sales-floor areas. This role emphasizes owning Power Panels, Clipstrips, Endcaps, and Clothing recovery, with Omni/BOPIS support based on store needs.

You will lead shifts, model strong selling behaviors, and ensure safety and policy adherence while driving store performance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Retail or supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver’s license.
• Basic computer skills.
• Read, write, and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular attendance and work varied hours, including nights and weekends.
• Deliver Legendary Service and coach team members for selling behaviors.
• Own Power Panel, Clipstrip, Endcap execution and recovery.
• Support BOPIS/OMNI execution, including staging and handoffs.
• Lead assigned team members during shifts with task delegation and safety focus.
• Operate cash register and assist customers with loading purchases.
• Complete documentation and obtain licenses/certifications as needed.
